The Black Class is our core community and foundation, created to prioritize Black wellness, joy, and connection. Members receive access to private gatherings, priority invitations, supportive resources, and protected spaces as the club grows. Participation is intentional.

  • Mud Wellness Club is a Black-led social wellness and lifestyle community. We exist to prioritize Black wellness, joy, movement, and connection through shared experiences that make consistency feel social, real, and sustainable.

  • No. Run Club is one way we gather, but it is not the club itself. Mud Wellness Club is a Black-led community that hosts movement, social events, and wellness experiences designed with Black people and Black culture in mind.

  • Mud Wellness Club is for people who want wellness, community, and self-growth in a space that does not require explanation, translation, or assimilation. This club was created to center Black experiences, priorities, and joy.

  • Mud Wellness Club is based in Maricopa, Arizona, and hosts gatherings throughout the Phoenix area. All locations and expansions are planned with accessibility and comfort for our Black community as the priority.

  • You can join by signing up on our website or through the link in our bio on our social media pages. This is where you’ll access updates, community chats, and information about upcoming events and gatherings.

  • There is no general age limit. Mud Wellness Club is family-friendly unless otherwise stated. Some future events may be age-restricted, but the club remains rooted in multigenerational community.

  • The Black Class is for Black/FBA members who are the foundation of Mud Wellness Club. It exists to honor presence, protect Black culture, and maintain spaces that prioritize Black wellness, safety, and community as the club grows. Black Class members receive access to private gatherings, priority invitations, and foundational club experiences.

  • FBA refers to Black Americans who identify as descendants of the formerly enslaved and/or so called “Black-skinned” Indigenous Americans in the United States. Within Mud Wellness Club, FBA members are part of the Black community this space was created to center and protect.

  • Open events are public-facing Mud Wellness Club experiences that may include collaborators or guests outside the core community. These events are clearly labeled and designed for connection and visibility, while core club spaces remain protected.

  • MWC is a pop-up based social wellness club. We are not designated to just one location. All official Mud Wellness Club gatherings are announced through our official platforms and shared directly in the club chat. If it’s not posted through our official channels, it is not an official Mud Wellness Club event.

  • Official Mud Wellness Club events are always announced through our official pages and shared in the announcement or group chat, usually alongside a video or post with full details. Make sure to join the official announcement and community chats shared in the bio of our social media profiles.

  • Mud Wellness Club is a Black-led community created to highlight Black wellness, joy, and connection. While the club is Black-led, events and experiences are often open to all, while some core club spaces and recognitions are reserved for Black members to protect the environment we’re building. 

  • Mud Wellness Club was created for Black people seeking wellness, community, and consistency in a space designed with us in mind. Our culture, our history, our truth. Public-facing events and experiences may be open to others. Our goal is to cultivate mutual respect between all.
